Coastal Detox comprises a highly experienced and dedicated team of doctors, nurses, therapists, CNAs, behavioral health technicians, and holistic treatment specialists. To better serve our clients, our medical detox services are covered by most health insurance plans.

We provide comfortable living areas and rooms. Our spacious bedrooms are furnished with pillow-top mattresses and personal 40-inch LED TVs. Clients will also experience Coastal Detox’s ultra-private outdoor Zen Garden, with tranquil waterfalls, walking paths, smoking areas, and a meditation pavilion. You’ll be picked up and chauffeured both to and from Coastal Detox. Our services are 100% confidential.
A 15,000 Sq. Ft. Sanctuary on the Treasure Coast
Coastal Detox is a 15,000 sq. ft medical detox center in the City of Stuart on Florida’s beautiful Treasure Coast. Our facility sits on an ultra-private lot with a large centrally located nursing station and medical exam room. We also have an in-house pharmacy, a soothing holistic treatment room, and a gourmet kitchen.
Our facility offers relaxing living spaces and dining areas. Our treatment center provides well-appointed beds/bathrooms and a serene outdoor tropical garden and pavilion.
Support That Extends Beyond Detox
We offer individual and group counseling as part of our comprehensive detox treatment services. Our clients are always joined once they have completed their detox treatment program.
Our experienced counselors are always ready to help uncertain clients decide what they should do next. With a network of the finest substance abuse treatment centers, we can assist with making continuing care arrangements to help clients chart a course to long-lasting recovery.
